学生大使 & 辅导首页/SAMP offers leadership and 专业发展 training and workshops to women, non-binary, and transgender students that prepare participants for leadership roles on and off-campus.
You are welcome to join SAMP as a 成功的大使 or a Success Scholar. SAMP Ambassadors and Scholars will participate in workshops, trainings, and social events that are aligned with the program's core values; leadership, 专业发展, and community. Additionally, SAMP Scholars are assigned a professional success coach and 成功的大使 that will provide supplemental support and guidance.

All 成功的大使s and Scholars will have access to the following:
- An assigned professional success coach
- Ongoing leadership and 专业发展 opportunities (i.e. workshops, conferences, training, etc.)
- Monthly social events, trips, and excursions
- 社区意识
成功学者角色:
HCC students who meet the eligibility requirements are automatically invited to be a Success Scholar. These students have access to exclusive workshops, trainings, mentorship, and social events hosted by the program. Each Scholar is assigned to a 成功的大使 and Success Coach who offer academic, professional, 以及个人支持. If you would like to opt-out of this program please complete this form.
成功大使角色:
成功的大使s act as a peer-mentor to a cohort of 20 Success Scholars. Each Ambassador is responsible for assisting with program communication and building community for their cohort. Ambassadors also receive 1:1 support from their Success Coach. Each 成功的大使 is matched with an on-campus internship where they act as an HCC Ambassador to that office. Here they set 专业发展 goals and prepare for leadership roles on and off-campus. If you are interested in being considered for the 成功的大使 role, please complete this form.
成功的大使s are required to attend a mandatory orientation at the beginning of each semester in order to participate. All trainings and 专业发展 activities are paid.
成功大使薪酬 & Benefits
成功的大使s are paid at an hourly rate of $15/hour, 能每周工作15小时吗, and must be available to work a minimum of six hours per week.
